Cancellation Policy
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Your appointments are very important to me, and I reserve time specifically for each client to ensure the best service experience. To provide flexibility to all clients while maintaining efficiency, I kindly ask that you respect the following cancellation policy:
1. 24-Hour Notice Required:
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice.
• This allows the time to offer your appointment slot to another client who may be waiting.
2. Deposit Policy:
• All appointments require a deposit at the time of booking.
• Cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows without 24 hours’ notice will result in the forfeiture of the deposit.
• For clients who provide the required notice, the deposit will be applied to your rescheduled appointment.
3. No-Show Policy:
• A no-show is when a client fails to appear for a scheduled appointment without prior notice.
• No-shows will forfeit their deposit, and repeat no-shows may require pre-payment for future bookings.
4. Late Arrivals:
• If you arrive more than 10 minutes late to your appointment, it may need to be rescheduled, and your deposit may be forfeited.
